On the Workwolf platform, behind every Candidate profile, there is a human being, a job seeker, who owns and manages their own Workwolf personal profiles.
Prospects, however, differ from typical Candidate records, as they are applicant profiles that are not owned by actual job seekers. They are digital records in your database that you create and manage.
