Workwolf now allows you to export candidates directly into your connected Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This upgrade expands on our existing Export Candidates feature, giving you more control and flexibility by sending candidates straight to a job in your ATS instead of just a general employee list.
Why Use the ATS Integration?
With this feature, you can streamline your hiring funnel:
Workwolf acts as your front-end screening system, automatically filtering applications and calculating fit scores.
Your ATS continues to manage the full hiring workflow, keeping all candidate activity in one place without disrupting your established processes.
This setup allows you to:
Save time by avoiding manual re-entry of candidate details.
Maintain consistent workflows already in place in your ATS.
Combine Workwolf’s automated screening with the structure of your existing system.
Connecting Your ATS
Before you can export candidates, you’ll need to connect your ATS:
Go to your Account Settings > Integrations.
Navigate to the ATS section.
Select your ATS provider from the list.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection (steps may vary depending on your ATS).
Supported ATS platforms include:
ATS Anywhere, BambooHR, Bullhorn, Crelate, Eploy, Gem, Greenhouse, iCIMS, JobAdder, JobDiva, Jobvite, Lever, Loxo, Oracle Taleo, PCRecruiter, SmartRecruiters, UKG Pro ATS, Vincere, Workable, Workday (Legacy), and Zoho Recruit.
Exporting Candidates to Your ATS
Once your ATS is connected, you can export candidates directly into a specific job posting:
Navigate to either the Reviewed stage of your Pipeline or the Talent Pool tab.
Select the candidate(s) you want to export using the checkbox.
Click the Export button.
Choose Export to Platform.
Select your connected ATS and then choose the job where the candidates should be sent.
Automated vs Manual Candidate Export
The integration supports both automated and manual workflows, giving you flexibility:
Automated Export: Pre-configure automation rules in Workwolf (such as candidate quality thresholds or role-based routing). Candidates meeting your criteria are automatically sent to the correct job in your ATS.
Manual Export: Use the Export Candidate action at any time to send candidates on demand. This allows you to override automation and decide exactly where candidates should go.
