Are applicants able to join a Pipeline without uploading their resumes?

Yes, uploading a resume is optional for applicants. We know this is not ideal most of the time but this ensures a higher volume of applicants joining your Pipeline.

Once an applicant joined the pipeline, we send them reminder emails to upload their resume, and optionally you can send them a message too.
