BambooHR Integration Overview

Purpose:

This integration allows you to seamlessly push Hired candidates' contact details (new employees) into your BambooHR HRIS from our platform. This is a company-level integration, meaning once the a user from your organization completes the integration, it's all set up for the entire company.

Key Features:

• Automatically transfer Hired candidates' contact details into BambooHR

• Streamlines data entry and reduces manual errors

How To Set It Up:

1. Access Workwolf Integrations page:

   • Go to the Integrations tab on Workwolf (via the direct link or through your profile).

2. Select BambooHR:

   • Click on BambooHR under the Integrations page.

3. Obtain BambooHR API Key:

   • In BambooHR, go to your profile and select My Devices & API Keys.

   • Add a new key (e.g., “Workwolf”), then click Generate Key.

   • Copy the generated API key.

4. Enter API Key & Subdomain in Workwolf:

   • Return to Workwolf and paste the API key.

   • Enter your company’s BambooHR subdomain (e.g., companyname.bamboohr.com).

5. Authorize:

   • Click Authorize. A success message should appear.

6. Verify Connection:

   • Refresh or navigate back to the HR Integrations category to see BambooHR marked as connected.

7. Once configured, any candidates you move to the Hired stage in a pipeline on Workwolf are automatically pushed to your BambooHR system.

Candidate data we transfer:

• name

• email address

• title

• hired date

• employment type

• date of birth

• gender

• phone number

• address

Requirements:

• Active Premium or Enterprise-level Workwolf account

• Active BambooHR account

• Permission to provide consent
