Introducing the Updated Benchmarks Feature

We’ve made significant improvements to how Benchmarks work within Workwolf. In the past, Benchmarks were managed separately on their own page, but with this update, they are now integrated directly into your Pipelines. This change streamlines your workflow and allows you to manage everything in one place.

What’s New with Benchmarks?

1. Integrated with Pipelines:

  • Previously, Benchmarks were a standalone feature that you could only access and manage from a dedicated Benchmark page. With this update, Benchmarks are now fully integrated within each Pipeline (similar to how Smart Resume Screening is handled). This means you can view and manage your Benchmarks directly within the context of your hiring process.

2. Pipeline-Specific Ranges and Colleagues:

  • Each Pipeline will have its own unique set of Benchmark ranges and a dedicated list of Colleagues. This allows for more tailored assessments based on the specific job and team needs.

3. AI-Powered Benchmark Generation:

  • You can now generate a Benchmark based on a job description during the Pipeline creation flow or in an existing Pipeline from the evaluation tools section or when editing the job details. This feature leverages the latest AI models to create precise and relevant Benchmarks, saving you time and effort.

How to Use the Updated Benchmarks

To make the most of the new Benchmarks feature:

1. Create or Edit a Pipeline:

  • Navigate to your Pipelines and either create a new one or edit an existing Pipeline.

2. Generate a Benchmark:

  • During the Pipeline creation or editing process, you’ll have the option to generate a Benchmark based on your job description. Simply follow the prompts, and our AI models will handle the rest.

3. View and Manage Benchmarks:

  • Access your Benchmarks directly within each Pipeline. Adjust ranges, add or remove Colleagues, and monitor how candidates measure up to your specific criteria.

Where can I find my Benchmarks and Colleagues from the previous version of Benchmarks?

For users who had Benchmarks before this change, the Benchmark tab is not available anymore.

All previously used Benchmarks and your Colleague management are available from the Pipeline's Fit Score Evaluation section.

  1. Visit a Pipeline where you used the Benchmark

  2. Open the Fit Score Evaluation section

  3. Click Edit in the Benchmarks section

  4. Edit your Benchmark with your colleagues' scores.
