Business Users have the option to receive daily summary notifications about the number of new applicants in a Pipeline or instant alerts when an applicant that meets a specific pre-defined filter criteria joins a Pipeline.

Daily summary email reports

Make sure you don't forget about your latest applicants!

At the end of the day, the Workwolf platform can send out a summary email sharing the number of new applicants that joined a Pipeline.

NOTE: This feature is turned off by default, users must manually opt-in in order to receive daily summaries!

Where to find it?

1. Go to the Pipeline you want to receive the daily notifications from.

2. Navigate to the 'Settings' tab.

3. Switch on the toggle in the Daily Summary section.

Real-time email alerts

Get email alerts instantly when your perfect candidate applies for your job!

You can define a specific filter criteria for your perfect or hard-to-find candidate and save it as an alert. When a new applicant that fully matches your requirements applies for your job, the Workwolf platform will send you an email notification right away.

How to set it up?

1. Go to the Pipeline you want to set up real-time alerts for.

2. Click on the Advanced Filters

3. Set your criteria in the filter window.

4. Turn on 'Set Alert'.

5. The alert has been set!

Where to find my alerts and how to turn them off?

1. Navigate to the 'Settings' tab of the Pipeline.

2. Find all your saved alerts in the 'Candidate Alerts' section.

   1. You can change their names by clicking on the pencil icon.

   2. You can also apply them as an active filter for the Pipeline

3. Click the bin icon and confirm it to delete the selected alert.
