Enhance Job Slots - the Premium job promotion feature

Enhanced Job Slots are an innovative feature that allows you to boost your job openings to premium job boards, such as Indeed's paid job feed.

This feature enhances your recruitment process by providing more visibility and increasing your chances of finding the right candidates for your job openings.

How do Enhanced Slots work?

1. Monthly unique-job limit

   Each plan includes a fixed number of Enhanced Slots per calendar month. For example, if your plan allows 5 Enhanced Slots, you can enhance up to 5 distinct job postings in that calendar month.

2. No swapping mid-month

   Once you’ve used your monthly allowance (e.g. enhanced 5 different jobs), additional jobs cannot be enhanced again until the next month—even if you remove an Enhanced job early.

3. Concurrent enhancement limited by plan

   At any given time, you can only have as many jobs Enhanced as your plan allows (e.g. 5). This remains unchanged from before.

4. Removing a job from Enhanced (changing Status)

   When you change the status of an Enhanced job, the monthly enhanced promotion budget behind that job is automatically distributed across your other active Enhanced jobs.

5. Moving a job back to Enhanced

   You are allowed to move back a previously Enhanced job into Enhanced for no extra charge during the same calendar month period when it was originally Enhanced.

How to use the Slots?

Enhancing a Job

1. Visit your Pipeline page

2. Scroll down to the Pipeline table section

3. Click on the status button and select 'Enhanced'

Removing a Pipeline from Enhanced Slots

Click on the status button and select the new status of the Pipeline, for example 'Free'

Note: Each subscription type comes with a specific number of Enhanced Slots. By default, the Premium subscription, priced at $495/month on an annual term, provides your company with 5 Enhanced Slots.

Additional job slots (add-ons)

You have the option to purchase additional Enhanced Slots as a subscription add-on, which will be charged monthly. The pricing for this add-on is as follows:

The option to issue a larger discount if 30 or more slots are purchased will be dependent on the company.

Example: Your company has a Premium subscription, which covers 5 job slots on Indeed's feed. If you need to boost 6 job openings, you can purchase an additional slot for $50. Please note that this add-on will be charged monthly. If you do not need the add-on in the following month, make sure to remove your add-on accordingly as shown in the image below.

How can I remove purchased add-on slots?

• To remove purchased add-on slots, go to Account Settings -> Subscription -> Manage Additional slots. See image below.

• At the end of the billing cycle, add-ons will be removed. Therefore, they will remain until the end of the billing cycle.

Important Note: You can add this add-on at any time during the month, and the price will be adjusted based on the number of days remaining in the month.

This means that you won't be charged for the entire month if you add the add-on halfway through. Instead, the cost will be prorated based on how many days are left in the billing cycle. This feature is designed to provide you with the utmost flexibility and convenience when it comes to managing your add-ons.

We understand that your business needs may change over time, and we want to make sure that our system is adaptable and flexible enough to accommodate those changes. So, whether you need to add additional slots at the beginning of the month or halfway through, you can rest assured that you'll only be charged for the time you use.
