Enhance Job Slots - the Premium job promotion feature

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our latest feature, Enhanced Job Slots. This innovative feature allows you to assign a status to a Pipeline, which will then mark it for inclusion in premium job boards, such as Indeed's job feed.

This feature enhances your recruitment process by providing more visibility and increasing your chances of finding the right candidates for your job openings.

How to use the Slots?

Adding Pipeline to a Slot

1. Visit your Pipeline page

2. Scroll down to the Pipeline table section

3. There are 2 ways to Enhance a Pipeline

   1. Click '+ Enhance' for the Pipeline of your choice

      

   2. Click on the status button and select 'Enhanced'

      

Removing a Pipeline from Enhanced Slots

On your Pipeline page, there are 2 ways to Remove a Pipeline from the Enhanced Slots

• Click '- Remove' for the Pipeline of your choice from the Enhanced Slots section

OR

• Click on the status button and select the new status of the Pipeline, for example 'Free'

  

Replacing Pipelines

When you try to Enhance a Pipeline but all the available slots are taken, you will be offered to swap Pipelines, so a currently Enhanced one will be removed at the same instance as a new Pipeline is added.

When asked, select the Pipeline you want to remove and click 'Remove'.

Note: Each subscription type comes with a specific number of Enhanced Slots. By default, the Premium subscription, priced at $399/month, will provide your company with 5 Enhanced Slots.

Purchasing additional job slots

We also give you the option to purchase additional Enhanced Slots as a subscription add-on, which will be charged monthly. The pricing for this add-on is as follows:

The option to issue a larger discount if 30 or more slots are purchased will be dependent on the company.

Example: Your company has a Premium subscription, which covers 5 job slots on Indeed's feed. If you need to push 6 job openings, you can purchase an additional slot for $50. Please note that this add-on will be charged monthly. If you do not need the add-on in the following month, make sure to remove your add-on accordingly as shown in the image below.

How can I remove purchased add-on slots?

• To remove purchased add-on slots, go to Account Settings -> Subscription -> Manage Additional slots. See image below.

• At the end of the billing cycle, add-ons will be removed. Therefore, they will remain until the end of the billing cycle.

Important Note: You can add this add-on at any time during the month, and the price will be adjusted based on the number of days remaining in the month.

This means that you won't be charged for the entire month if you add the add-on halfway through. Instead, the cost will be prorated based on how many days are left in the billing cycle. This feature is designed to provide you with the utmost flexibility and convenience when it comes to managing your add-ons.

We understand that your business needs may change over time, and we want to make sure that our system is adaptable and flexible enough to accommodate those changes. So, whether you need to add additional slots at the beginning of the month or halfway through, you can rest assured that you'll only be charged for the time you use.
