How to understand our new messaging center
Introducing our new messaging center, understand how all candidates' conversations are now in one place.
Our Message Center has been designed with you in mind, providing a more streamlined and intuitive experience that makes it easier than ever to send and receive messages, organize your conversations, and access important information all in one place.
Follow these steps to learn how to use our message center:
Log in to the platform as a "Business user."
Find the new Message Center icon, represented by a circle. Refer to the image below for guidance.
Under "conversations," you can see the communications you've had with candidates, as well as the pipeline (in this case, "Account Manager") to which they belong on the right-hand side. Clicking in that space and it will show you the candidates with whom you've been interacting. Refer to the image below for guidance.
Something to keep in mind: the first message should be sent under the candidate's profile. The ongoing conversation will then take place in the messaging center. Refer to the image below for guidance.
